Bread flour has undergone a heat treatment (baking process), which completely releases the starch present, making it particularly easy to digest and very tasty.
The instant response of bread flour is enormous and it is one of the easiest products to process. Due to its low price, it is often used in bird food mixes. The curing time is less, but can be easily absorbed by using other ingredients.
