Our LT fish meal is a specific fish meal that is prepared at a lower temperature (LT) to better preserve the heat-sensitive amino acids. The LT fish meal contains less oil than, for example, normal herring meal because the fish oil is captured during the steaming process. Due to the lower temperatures during the treatment, the good nutritional value and the heat-sensitive amino acids are better preserved. The LT fishmeal is a commonly used combination in combination with predigested fishmeal. Our LT fish meal is slightly water soluble.
