Corn gluten is the protein of the corn kernel. Unlike wheat gluten, the binding power of corn gluten is negligible. When curing it is just the other way around, corn gluten makes a boilie rock hard. Corn gluten also contains a fairly high protein content. Excellent ingredient to make a boilie that should remain hard for a long time under water.
